For orders under R1000, a flat-rate shipping fee of R100 per courier will be applied at checkout. This ensures you receive your products securely and without any hassle.
Next Working Day Dispatch:
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Therefore, all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day will be dispatched on the next working day.
Courier Delivery Time:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refund or Exchange on Opened and Used Products:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare, creams, scrubs, and supplement products that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to prioritize the health and safety of our customers.
Strict Sealing Requirement:
For products eligible for a refund or exchange, the original boxes must strictly remain sealed. We are unable to process any returns if the product packaging has been tampered with.
Timeline for Returns:
To be considered for a refund or exchange, please ensure that sealed products are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we, unfortunately, cannot accept any returns.
Thorough Inspection:
All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection before the processing of refunds or exchanges. This is to guarantee that the returned items meet the necessary criteria for a refund or exchange.
